Dear Brother—
Your Letter of Nov 4th 1887 containing
the appropriation of 40000 has
been recieved by the Committe, who
desire to express their gratitude
to you and the Council for Your
kindly consideration of our application.
We expect to hold our
first meeting there on New Years
day.
The health of our People
is good except a few cases of
measels.
Father (S. Smith of Bigham City) has
been very sick, but I am pleased to say
hes is much better now
