Zenos, Maricopa Co., Arizona, Prest Woodruff Dear Bro as Prest Robson was writing to you I thought I would Join him and ask your attention to the following it Has occured to me that it was necessary for me to Have an Elders or Seventies Licence that in the event of any one claiming that I was acting without authority, I could if I so desired produce my appointment we Have obtained one of those Lamenites that you desired to go with us & will probably get annother so as to be company for each other Bro Valazuela who you ordained an Elder is geting ready to go he Has the greatest testimony of any Lamenite I Have ever met. if you deem it prudent, it would be a source of encouragement to them to receive an appointment from you and the Brethren with me Prest Robsen Has & myself Have visited around with a view to prepare the way & Have met with the officials on the Agency, who Have extended all the liberty necessary. we move south Monday in good spirits with a fair prospect & will take up our labor at once. My address will be here for a short season as we will remain near here for & visit among
