Dear Brotheren:
As you have requested me
to express my feelings with
regards to the mission I have
been called to perform.
I will do so with a feeling of
satisfaction and with pleasure.
Believeing as I do, that God
has spoken from the heavens
in these latter days, and
has established his church here
upon the earth, for the last
