Peresident Woodruff,
Respected brother:
Your kind favor of the 29th inst.
resceived; please you and your
council accept my humble gra-
titude, for your timely favor.
I do not think, I will be long on
terra firma: long I prefer at
present, terra incognita: but it will
not be incog to me. I am
not strong to write: but I
will say in curt language,
May the life, and light of
the Christos, be with you
forever.
