Dear Brother: I have, as requested, made
arrangements to leave Salt Lake City March 17
1898 for a mission to the Southern States;
and feel in so doing, that if my labors will
render any assistance to the great cause of truth,
that I am ready and under obligation to my
Maker and to my fellow-men to put into action
every talent with which I have been endowed,
to establish the Everlasting Gospel here upon
the earth. I have the honor to remain
