Your favor of June 12th has been receivied and considered
by the Presidency; and in consideration of your intention to build it
has been decided to permit you to draw, for one year, one half in cash
and one half in orders on the Bishop's general storehouse, that portion
of your salary as secretary and treasurer of the Seventies paid by the
Church. At the expiration of twelve months other arrangements will
have to be made.
