Austin Augustus King

Austin Augustus King (1802-1870) was born 21 Sep. 1802 in Sullivan Co., Tennessee. He was the son of Walter King and Nancy Sevier. He married Nancy Harris Roberts on 13 May 1828; widowed in 1857. He married Martha Anthony Woodson on 10 Aug. 1858. He was a judge in Missouri who tried Joseph Smith; the event was mentioned by Wilford Woodruff in his journal. He died 22 Apr. 1870.
