Joseph Edward Taylor
Joseph Edward Taylor (1830-1913) was born 11 Dec. 1830 in Horsham, Sussex, England. He was the son of George Edward Grove Taylor and Ann Wicks. He married Louisa R. Capener on 25 Sep. 1853 in Great Salt Lake City, Great Salt Lake Co, Utah Territory; participated in plural marriage. He was baptized 7 Aug. 1848. He attended and spoke at meetings that Wilford Woodruff attended from 1876 to 1897, and he accompanied Wilford's body through Salt Lake City on 4 Sep. 1898. He died 13 Feb. 1913 in Salt Lake City.
