Mary Alice Woodruff McEwan (1879-1916) was born 2 Jan. 1879 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake Co., Utah Territory. She was the eighth child of Wilford Woodruff and Emma Smith. She married William McEwan on 16 Nov. 1897, and they had eleven children. She died 14 Jan. 1916 in Salt Lake City.
