Richard Lilly (1811-aft. 1849) was christened 14 Jul. 1811 in Ledbury, Herefordshire, England. He was the son of Thomas Lilly and Ann Certerbury. He married Elizabeth Cook on 3 Nov. 1831 in Bromsberrow, Gloucestershire, England. He was baptized 31 May 1840 and was included in Wilford Woodruff's record of individuals baptized in England in 1840. He died after 3 Sep. 1850.
