Thomas Arey (abt. 1803-1891) was born about 1803. He was the son of Crosby Arey and Anna Philbrooks. He married Almira Grant on 5 Nov. 1829 in Vinalhaven, Hancock Co., Maine. He was baptized by Wilford Woodruff on 24 Dec. 1837 on the South Fox Island, Hancock Co., Maine. He hosted Wilford Woodruff regularly in 1837 and 1838. He died 29 May 1891 in Gouldsboro, Hancock Co., Maine.
