William Bowker Preston
William Bowker Preston (1830-1908) was born 24 Nov. 1830 in Franklin Co., Virginia. He was the son of Christopher Preston and Martha Mitchell Claytor. He married Harriet Ann Thatcher on 24 Feb. 1858; participated in plural marriage. He was baptized 4 Feb. 1857. He served with Wilford Woodruff in Church positions between 1862 and 1898. He died 2 Aug. 1908 in Big Cottonwood, Salt Lake City, Utah.
