William Crawford

1732-1782

William Crawford, an American military officer who was brutally executed after leading the Sandusky Campaign in 1782, was mentioned by Wilford Woodruff in his journal on 12 May 1834 when Wilford camped at Sandusky Township, Crawford Co., Ohio.
